you do realize there's a nx transfer event and you're allowed to transfer as much nx clothes to a newb and make anything look like a henehoe without spending a dime right?
@Bordere: That means he never had a voucher. Never ever do a deal without the voucher present, just because he says he has "fang blade" or "tiger" as a voucher doesn't mean they are going to vouch for him. I wouldn't have done it without a voucher present, anyways I guess it's a learning lesson.

Wouldn't it be the same though? there are scammers in every world and friendly people in every world. I was just spoiled by renegades cause we have no people to scam.
@Neospod: Eh. i guess i was too used to renegades. We have one maybe two scammers that are very well known but otherwise relatively safe. Didn't expect scamming was so prevalent in other servers :x

I did. He claimed everyone was offline/afk. I think the only reason why i actually went through was because it took a good hour of effort between the two of us to actually get the deal/notdeal going.
You just ran into the wrong group of people. Don't trust larger guilds generlally because so many new people go in and out its hard for the guild master/ jrs to keep tracks who is trustable and who is not. If you want a fairly safe guild aim for some smaller ones. If you want search out my guild "Propinquity" I do my best to keep out scammers and I am pretty proud to say that probably 90% of the guildies are trustable. The last few are marked as a less trusted member until they earn the trust.
Arguably, seeing a level 16 noobie might make it more of an inclination to scam, since there's generally three issues for new people follow: Have nothing, rage quit at difficulty of game. Have no reputation, who cares if they get scammed? Have no friends, no one would help them anyways. (I guess 2 and 3 kind of go together.)

I can promise you the people in bera arent all like him! I've been in bera and i can say ive never heard of blackbean. Usually its good to ask around before risking such a large amount of money. Sorry for such a bad first experience in bera

Mind you, I spend less than 5 minutes in Henesys a week and I consistently see these things.
Strangely enough, I rarely see scam situations in the FM but then again, I guess it depends on what crowd of people you hang out with.
Also, don't put bias on a server based on a experience of one person/guild/group of people. There's no accurate blanket statement like: "Bera has mean people." There are mean people, nice people, hackers, scammers, etc in EVERY server so all you really need to do is be careful with who you associate yourself with. Try to surround yourself with a better crowd of people and you will face less and less scammer situations and meet more friendly people.
