Mesos are the ones that are actually deflating. Rapidly too. You can see that prices on everything are going up.
Yup it's still 250-300m in Bera. 100m is an exaggeration :O
As for the deflation, I believe it owes to the removal of the World Transfer. Hackers in El Nido can't transfer to other worlds anymore? Just a rumored speculation.
When something is duped it takes awhile for it to go back up
