Transform Cooldown Question
This might be a novice question but... when does the cooldown time start? Maxed transform lasts for 180 seconds and has a cooldown of 200 seconds. Does the cooldown start right when you use transform, making the cooldown actually 20 seconds? or after transform ends, making it 380 seconds for a full cycle of transform? Thanks in advance.
