The 10% clean slate scroll
Says "Cannot be used on equipment that failed to get the clean slate scroll 10% upgrade". I don't understand at all. I failed a scroll and used up a slot. So why can't I use the clean slate 10%?

Happened to me before with a 1%, try relog, fixed it for me.
