There is something wrong with %hp The more my HP increases, the less damage increase a %hp equip gives. I was testing how much my range would increase with a 21% hp unleashed ring unbuffed and buffed. It was doing alright when I used my buffs, but then I used Decent Hyper Body and the range the ring would've given went down. It went down from 2.8k to 2.4k. After that I used Decent combat orders and rebuffed my Overwhelming power and the range the ring would've given went down again. From 2.4k to 2.2k or something. Edit: I always healed back to full health
