Can Miracle Cubes decrease the quality of hidden potential?
I have and item with epic potential, and I don't benefit from any of the effects... I want to cube it, but I'd rather not if there's much of a chance it will revert to rare quality.

That won't happen. That only happens with the cubes dropped by bosses in KMS. Those have not been released here.
