So my brother and I want to hunt some bosses
I'm a level 128 Shadower, he's a level 123 Bishop. Are there any bosses that would be feasible for us to hunt at our levels, or are we going to have to wait a little longer?

Hilla might be a little difficult though. I went with a level 140 Phantom, a level 125+ Phantom, a level 125+ Marksman, and me at level 144, and we barely beat Hilla in the time limit (I don't know how strong you are though.)
