Empress vs Loveless Cane?

I'm trying to raise enough money to buy one of these canes to perfect with scrolls from the unleashed event, I just have a few questions
1. Which of these would be better for me? bearing in mind I have 5 set empress already and only 110mil right now (I know, poor as ****)
2. How much do these canes actually cost right now, I'm in Windia but other worlds prices are also helpful
3. Somewhat unrelated to phantoms, but what would be a good way to make money from the unleashed event so I have the mesos to buy one of these canes?
Well they are nearly the same price 150-300 depending on the attack. Though if you plan on
going full empress than you should stick with the ravenhorn cane. Probably those hot times
and the attendance event. In windia average ravenhorn is 150-250 and average loveless is
200-300.
Definitely going to stick with Raven horn then, thanks! hopefully I'll be able to get 250m soon so I can scroll it with the 50% scrolls T_T

Pertaining to number 3, the next evo ring event looks like it's going to produce some awesome rings. And those things always seem to turn a good profit in due time.
I can't really help you with the other two except to say an empress cane would be better if you plan to boss (for the set effect of 30% boss bonus) And loveless for all other things. At your level it looks like you're gonna be doing a lot of training, so maybe a loveless (Higher base attack)?
Edit: I was assuming loveless canes are cheaper as well.
