Uhh, sorry, no. Jogging is literally only one mode, and that's go at the pace which your body responds best to for that distance.
It's almost a simple calculation, where there are no real variables and every stroke is the same. Mentally difficult? Sure. Requires dedication? Sure. But at a high calibre there's no sport that can reign supreme over another in those categories. Get the hell out of here with your "archery and jogging is difficult" nonsense you pleb, and try something that requires more than 2 muscle groups
looks like some people need to row couple of miles hehe
Jogging is one of the hardest things to master.
When you do Biking,Elliptical machine,Rowing machine, Powler sled? What is there to help you equipment.
Jogging is bare bones of your own running, how much you push how less you breath or how hard you bounce of your toes.
One of the hardest sports to do is to run. Second is probably Archery
I'm more in the business of not losing my gains. Who cares about health anyways?

Eh, rowing machine isn't really a full body cardio, so I'd put that in a different category. And for that matter, your upper body isn't really worked in biking, so it's not the same as ellipticals and such either. But I'm just nitpicking lol. And saying sprinting > Jogging really depends on what your goal is. If you're going for cardiovascular endurance then it would be jogging > sprints because you aren't building up as much endurance doing bursts.

But without all the nitpicking, yes I agree lol.
