exactly its was too boring, not to mention the game, too boring and no side stories..
I personally I liked Hoenn and Sinnoh, both the anime (kinda, but I didnt really enjoy Sinnoh), and both games were great.

due to reviews, yes it is. DP was one of the best seasons structurally built. It held several side stories relevant to the main plot, a fitting rival, great battles, lack of boring fillers, and one of the best set of protagonists. Dawn's story was actually better than May's.

I'm actually looking foward for the game to come out, I love all the new pokemon.
