Marauder How much str is 1 w.attack

I've been wondering how much str is equal to 1 w.attack, I want to upgrade my equips . . .

its usually 5str=1atk. but ive noticed equiping 4% 13str zhelm (like... 33+ str?) gave me 500 more to my atk. and swapped belts and gained 11-15 str-ish and got 150-ish more atk
the 33str from zhelm gave me 100 more range than my evo ring 17 which if this ratio was right for the ring, it would be 32str so i think its 5str=1 atk or maybe a tiny bit less str (maybe 4.5-4 ) = 1 atk
