Alternative to Fm Ch1

Hi there! I've just returned back from a 6 month break and I decided to start merching (With a shop permit of course) but FM Ch2 is dead and FM Ch1 is impossible to get to. So what I'm asking from you is an alternative spot to "[b][/b]buy low[i][/i] sell high"
