Quick question about reimbursement

So i was recently hacked and i wanted to know when Nexon will reimburse my account. I sent in a ticket yesterday and they responded in about an hour with something along the lines of maple point put in my account, however, when i accepted the solution, my account did not have the maple points. Is there a certain time i have to wait, or should i send another ticket?
