Wrong...My friend was banned nothing was taken and he got compensated, you overestimate nexon.
They do respond to us, its not like its easy to look through hundreds of thousands of tickets each day... Automated or not they care and we should love the company for what they have done for us and what they currently do to improve the game.

They can look at your account history on their end and tell you've been hacked. The hacker usually leaves a pretty obvious trail. different login IP address is one way. And usually hackers get into your account not long after you've been in it.
They don't just take your word for it. they have to investigate a claim.
I got the same after I came back an my account had been hacked. I still don't understand why they just can't roll the individual accounts back to the date they were hacked? I enjoy the MP but seriously its limited with what you can do with it, you can't use it to gift or buy certain cash shop items with (nx credit only). Why don't they just give credit the account NX Credit (which was what was stolen in the first place)?
My entire chair collection was stolen on my main account. That alone was worth a substantial amount of money. 250k MP just doesn't cover the cost of my losses.

Nexon will compensate people as long the tickets have good grammar and honest details.

still don't get why they compensate people who sent in tickets recently but they don't compensate people who sent in tickets a year ago
