Nexon Ticket Response

I sent out a ticket to billingpp at nexon.net around 3PM EST and got a response about an hour ago along the lines of
"Greetings, We are currently having some technical issues and will inform you when you can redeem the NX. --Nexon America Billing Department"
I was banned for refunding NX spent on billtomobile and got my account blocked until i pay back the fees.
Has anyone else got this response and if so, how long would it take them to fix the "technical issues"?

EDIT: I need to redeem NX because i have to repay them through charging NX cards/Karma Koinzz

I got that already but they relock it after like 2 days for me -___- so this is my 2nd time and they told me to reply to their email. Im waiting for my account to be accessible again and i got this as a response
