Karma Koin Issue

Sorry but i do not know the right place to put this thread. >.<
Anyways, I've come back from a hiatus and I charged $10 off a $25 Karma Koin card i saved up a few months ago, because i only needed to purchase a few of the new things from the CS. The problem is that after i tried to charge the remaining amount, the website replied with a "Not Enough Balance". I went on the karma koin site to check if i did have money in the card, and it said i had $15. Is there a way i can get the money back without spending like $5 to get to a $10 cash level?
