Auction and Forum Problems

First I would like to discuss my auction problem. I tried to put up an auction and it said I successfully added an item to be publicly sold. I looked it up, and it was not listed, so I waited a day. The next day I looked my item up and it still wasn't displayed on the search results. I gave up.... (misses old auction system still)

My next problem is with the forums. I haven't heard anyone even mention this problem, so it confuses me.... After I create a thread, before I can reply to another persons topic, I have to wait five min. I get the error, "You must wait five minutes before creating another thread." I am not making a thread.... I either am trying to respond to my own or another basilers chat section thread.

So, any helpful ideas?
