How does the storm growth potion from setting a record work?
Hey guys, I managed to register a world's chillest mapler record earlier today on Windia, and I got some rewards from it. One is a coupon for 3 storm growth potions. What do these do? And will they work on my 212 char or should I send them to an alt that's sub 200? Thanks!

if its like the older potions u can only use them on 1-199 chars
