Which skillbook is worth the most that I should get for free from the 4th job thingy?

Pick a skill that A) Is fairly valuable, B) Requires 30 points to max instead of 20, and C) Is maxed early in your build.
Based on the above criteria, your best option is AFA.
Your second best option is OS, and your third best option is FB.
