Like the First Time, no Spirit of Rock
I'm doing the Kerning Square quests and I can't find the Spirit of Rock in the 7th/8th floor Area D, where it's supposed to be. I cc'ed to almost every channel and waited at least 5 minutes for it to spawn, so what do I do now?

There's a map specifically for the perfume monsters now. You should be able to find them in the costumes floor (you know, the floor with the bunny costumes), there's a portal on the top platform.

Idk how the quest changed over the years, but I killed it without doing any of the prequests by asking that NPC on the highest floor that I had permission from Blake or something. I got into a timed map i think, and then I moved to the farthest left room (through these soundbox monsters) and found the boss next to a guitar npc. I killed it and got it's drop (for some other quest). Seems pretty easy to find if it's a map entirely for yourself. As suggested by others, go in solo (thats what I did)
Go in alone, keep looking... remember, you're not the only person looking for him.
they spawn for each individual
there are multiple copies of the map for each channel (like the wh map)
like above(s) said, you have to be solo (not in a party)
1. You cannot be in a party.
2. Make sure you except the quest from Blake which is in the light bulb. Something called "restoring my memories"
I had this problem two or so years ago. People were killing it like mad.
I surfed every channel over and over until I found one.
Uh, I remember doing that recently-ish. I was in a one-man party and after I disbanded said party, he appeared. GL yo.
