Where the hell are the decent MMOs

Someone please tell me where the decent F2P MMOs are.
I barely see any decent P2P ones, and F2P is even more rare.
Maplestory is sadly one of the best I can even think of, and it's not even great at this point. Heck, Runescape is better than most of what's available.
WHY are people not developing good MMOs?

What's league like? Is it free roaming fighting game or is it more like a board game/strategy game where you move in certain locations like starcraft or whatever (never played league or starcraft)

@AbsymalTorment: I didn't mention anything about their community? I was talking about customer support. Jesus, learn to read.

And they've been working on player behaviour, not like that matters for you anyways. Horrible people are everywhere, it's unavoidable.
I don't care about your opinion about the game, I was talking about how they deal with players and customers. <3
One time I was playing and someone told me to kill myself because I died in the game. 10/10 great community will kill myself next time.
@Gyroscope: From personal experience, I think they're really amazing. They always reply to tickets within a business day, but that's only part of the customer support I've had experience with. I don't think I've seen a complaint about their customer service on Reddit, or their forums.

Also, compared to Nexon, it's just. <3
I don't know much about Customer support because I've only played Nexon games, and LoL.

I wish game companies would look at LoL as an example.

The LoL customer support is amazing. They always listen to their players too. Constant interesting content is released every other week...
"The LoL customer support is amazing".

The reference to that statement is questionable at best.

Warframe is pretty good. Not too p2w, money is more of a convenience.
@BrandonIsBack: Just because of quests? There is more to Runescape than just quests. I will admit that I had a fun time playing Runescape a few years ago, but I came to a realization that you literally do nothing in that game except watch your character chop down trees, fish for food, etc. I would go back to Runescape if this wasn't the case.
Basically all game, once you max out or reach end game....

They're all practically the same. If they're not MapleStory, then they're fantasy MMO, click-to-do-anything reskins of each other.
Why do you think Runescape is better? o.o You literally do nothing in that game except for clicking and watch your character perform various activities. Maplestory is repetitive as well, but at least you're controlling your character and there is more than one way to kill monsters. Runescape is just "click and wait until the monster dies".
Runescape, as far as I remember, had really deep quests in comparison to most MMOs. I always loved doing them, and they were the main reason I even bothered to level up.

The problem is a lot of the MMOs in the west truly are crap.
There's tons and tons of foreign MMOs that are amazing and usually never reach the west.

What he said, Archeage is extremely fun. I got to max level, and I usually never make it that far in any MMO

I saw it, but it gets such mixed reviews that I put off downloading it.
I meant to though, thanks for reminding me.

because f2p models are fast, efficient and don't require all that much effort compared to p2p models
most models that are buy to play without a subscription fee usually fills time nicely
