Basil what do I do
I'm pretty sure my friend with a boyfriend likes me more than her boyfriend.
She always tells me about how she doesn't feel good enough in their relationship or other stuff that's pretty depressing.
I want them to work out and don't want them to break up and junk, but I'm pretty sure she likes me.
I don't want to call her out on it in a serious way because if I'm wrong she might get mad, but what do I do.
Should I just let her flirt and junk while badmouthing the guy and see what happens? I'm not really sure, it just makes me feel weird.

You seem to know what she is doing is wrong and from what you're telling us, she doesn't sound like a very nice person... This is a relationship between her and her boyfriend so it's their responsibility to work things out. If I were you, I'd figure out a way to distance myself from her. That way you're not disrespecting anyone or getting involved in what could potentially be misunderstood as an affair. Best of luck

OT: stop. and stop yourself from thinking selfish thoughts. let her be and let her choose to be who she wants. if she decides to break up with him and then later go onto you, then just wait. (i wouldnt advise that though because ive been in that situation and he went back to his ex.)

I get along with her, I know we have good 'chemistry' or whatever you wanna call it. I don't dislike her, but I can't really say I like her because she has a boyfriend.
Like, I'm not saying I don't want to say it, I just don't really know how she'd act if she didn't have one or whatever...if that makes sense.
