I cannot log in. It seems like the email I thought I used for Maplestory was my brother's account, and I cannot seem to remember my password. How do I figure this out?

I cannot log in. It seems like the email I thought I used for Maplestory was my brother's account, and I cannot seem to remember my password. How do I figure this out?

@Braviary: Use yous brothers or make a new one.
@CherryTigers: Do I have to have an account to do the live chat, though?
@Braviary go to the regular support area and you should find a live chat button. I forgot when it's online but they are usually up at the afternoons or past that on weekdays. Google it for the livechat schedule. Have fun and good luck.

@Rollsback: I tried a reset email, and it ended up resetting my brother's account's password. I have no idea.

@Braviary: New feature. Better than sending tickets. Helps you actually talk to a GM in instant message where you guys can have a real conversation.

Do you remember the account's email + username? If so, you can reset it.
