Soaring Mount Skill
Well, I finally decided to throw some mesos down the drain by buying a flying mount, but I want to know where the Soaring Mount Skill quest went.
I read up on some old threads, but it did not confirm if the quest was removed, or if it's just a glitch.
I have the regular DRPQ Soaring skill, if that affects anything.

Yeah, I spent 50m and I think we were supposed to talk to the DrPQ guy, but he has no quest.
u gotta goto umm i think its chef tamato or the one that transforms u into a dragon or tyhe one in the dragon pq one of those guys to start the quest

I remember that I was able to buy a scale for 50m months ago, but that option is gone now.
