Whats the best for Mobility Bossing Range Fun
and to add extra info I am willing to spend a lot of mesos/nx on it

Xenon for all of the stuff. You can also try Dual Blade, since you're willing to spend NX.
Mobility Phantom I'd say, tho honestly all thieves have great mobility anyway.
Bossing/range I guess DB's are obvious, tho i hear shadowers are decent. Sins are a bit on the weak side now i guess.
Fun obviously subjective, but I like Sins a lot.
I'm a mercedes anyway, that's just my thought.
all the thieves have flash jump, except phantom, who has a double jump and super teleport skill.
DBs have their rush moves...
i think DBs have the highest range o.o
Mobility - Xenon (Not out yet), Phantom
Bossing - Xenon, DB, Phantom
Range - Xenon by miles, DB
Fun - Xenon or Phantom (since their playstyles are kinda similar) /DB/Shad/NL/NW
Keep in mind you need NX for DB books, however you may find them in the FM too (if you have mesos to spend on them)
dual blade is probably the best.
