A Creator would be used to create equips/reverse weapons. Jewelists creates jewels, and Alchemists alchemy.

Does the gems give better/worse stats than the crystals? and ty for info i was confused if i should've made the equips now or wait

It doesn't make a difference. We're not going to witness a major change in item crafting until a few patches after Chaos. The end outcome is still the same with the exception of gem crafting which is completely different from maker crafting
