Only the thief cape actually drops, everything else is a recipe. Which is a pain in the ass to craft because you need 200 dream fragments per cape, and with Stronghold being buffed back to party play zone, it's gonna be harder to farm them, even for hackers.

this is my same question ide love to buy one but no one has them even if it the recipe (if there is one) if any one know some one selling one please let me know.
