If you can fund yourself by not putting points into dex, then don't. Having equips like, evolving ring I, II, III, and ABR, along with a zakum/scarlion/targa helmet, with horntail pendant and such, you don't really need dex. If you can't manage that and can't wear equips, just put points into dex little by little. It won't hurt to have like a base dex of 50-
