How to play against a singed

So I was rammus jungling, and there was a gangplank top who was against singed. Singed would literally get every minions because he would go between towers. We first blooded him, and after that he just kept on dying. He would literally be worth no more gold. So, the question would be we kill, and stop him from split pushing or just let him get to our inhib. What happened was he died like 14 times, and we just kept killing, and this gave the enemy time to push. Please give me a brief explanation of what to do.

purchase Sword of the Occult or Mejai's Soulstealer depending on what type of champ you're playing (AD or AP), get those early kills whilst hes trying to die. if you kill him 10 times, you max out the stacks on these items and they become extremely powerful and will help you a lot in team fights with all of those stats, plus its extremely gold efficient because its a real cheap item and if you can get those stacks built quickly then you're ahead with power and you have a lot more gold to spend on other items, meaning you'll snowball a lot.

Well, as they all say, fight fire with fire.
Unless of course this is ranked in which case, you lose.

That's called a proxy singed. He wants to get killed that many times to be worth nothing and basically farm gold with his skills and come back in the end when the team is pushing.

By like 40 minutes he had over 300 farm, and problem was my team was not doing too well.

Well, obviously, Inhibitor Turrets > Inner Turrets > Outer Turrets.

If it's early in laning phase and your team loses a turret, that's okay and you just stay in your lane and make sure they don't get your turret. If laning phase is over, protect the more inner turrets. You probably want to protect Inhibitor Turrets over Inhibitors too. cause if the turret is dead then your Inhibitor is a goner.

That's proxy farming, no idea why it's called that either..

But uhh, there's really not much you can do. Make sure your jungler and mid don't keep running after him at top, thinking he's worth their time.
If you happen to see the singed pick before your top picks, try to take someone beefy that can tank minion waves before the tower to make sure you get all of the farm as well. Vlad works well in this case.. massive sustain and decent waveclear.

As long as singed is farming between towers, focus on farming yourself at top and let your jungler camp the other lanes. Late game you'll need your team to be nice and fed to deal with an incredibly farmed singed.

Edit: Oh, and as above said... force 4v5 fights early-mid game. Unless singed has teleport, he shouldnt be coming down to help.

1. force 4v5 fights. get oracle's to clear wards in the enemy jungle and catch people out while Singed is pushing. Singed himself does not have good tower damage compared to a whole team
2. die to him and make him worth gold (not recommended)
3. use gangplank's global ult to stop his push while 4v5ing since you already have rammus to catch people out
4. kill the enemy caster minions to allow a large ally creep wave to form at bot lane. this takes a few minutes but a large creep wave will form to bait people towards bot while you can bait baron or take top or force 4v5

Are you asking about how to beat Singed or how to prioritize and not get split pushed?
