Metabolism is slowing down again. How to raise it up again?
So I've been cutting (trying to lose weight) for about 6 or 7 weeks now. I've come to the point where I'm at a caloric deficit, but now I'm barely losing weight or none at all. What are some tips that you ladies and gents could provide to me to help me get past this plateau?

Well everyones different, but sure as hell don't starve yourself.
Make sure you're eating enough (Really depends on your activity lvl, weight, height, etc.)
Exercising, eating healthy, I heard drinking green tea helps too. Not sure if it really does or not though.
Cardio, low-fat dairy and a balanced diet

Due to me gaining a bit of weight this later year, I've been on a 1100 calorie diet or so, and have lost quite a bit so far. Drink lots of water and eat small portions throughout the day to keep your metabolism up, and eat your three meals, of course.
Get most of your calories from fruits, vegetables, whole grains and eat less meat, dairy, fish, oil, butter etc. Get at least 2.5k calories each day.
@FreeWii4Mii: no that's pretty stupid.... once you eat normally again your body will tend to gain double of what you lost. Even if it doesn't happen right away - it most likely will happen sooner or later (mostly within a few months. The longer you stress your body the lower your discipline later on)
Also, most likely it's muscles you're losing - and not fat. The first thing your body will get rid of when there's a lack of energy input is the stuff that uses up the most energy which are your muscles.
OT: Don't eat too few, your body may go in an idle mode from it. I suggest eat 3 meals (or eat whenever you're hungry and as much as the hunger-feeling is GONE, not until you're actually stuffed. That means at times eating an apple could already be enough for a while. If you learn to listen to your body you'll be fine, listening to the media and everything is often useless since your body is unique and the only one who knows best what you need is your own body)
Drink a lot.
And sleep a lot. Try to get like 8h a day. I noticed that once I started to sleep more my weight loss (speed and amount) went up. That combined with the right foods (the less processed and the faster it spoils the better - that means "alive" foods like veggies and plain things like rice. Meat is okay too, but make sure it's not some chemical bomb you're eating)
According to my boxing coworker it's enough to only do aerobic to get fit and lose weight. At least that's how he is doing it out of experience.
How much of a deficit are you on? Do you even exercise? Do you do weight training? If so what program are you doing?
Do you eat breakfast? Breakfast is important to start your metabolism.
All you really need is a healthy diet, cut off on fatty, greasy snacks/food, and soda.
