~400k buffed with only the normal kaiser buffs (no trans/majesty), and it took little funding to get that far. I used maybe $80 dollars on NX, 2 bill in funding, and abused the events since tempest. I haven't played much recently, so I haven't been able to go on boss runs and get reward points for cubes

(hit around 1.8 mill or 2.4 mill per gigas I think, haven't logged on in two weeks so can't remember

As a kaiser that's semi-funded atm, you will need to spend over $500. Just on a perfect sword you're looking at anywhere between 300-400. My current range is at 7xxk buffed and even tho most of the stuff I have has been self made, to put my funding into numbers I've spent around $1,000. However, with said range I hit around 40mil+ per Gigas. And that's without my 200% boss dmg(haven't bossed since I returned to maple). I used to have Max range a while ago before I sold my equips and let me tell you, kaisers are extremely fun, mobile, and great to boss with. Someone who can efficiently use the kaiser class can be in final form 90% of the time once you get final trance(lv 200 hyper). DR doesn't apply to you in final form. Anyways, if you have any other questions I can try to answer them.

To answer you question more specifically, even 1m range can be quite costly to achieve. If you are looking to hit 1m clean you can expect to be using roughly $300-500 USD in funding, although the costs will be substantively less if you are aiming for 1m buffed/final form.

To reiterate what everyone has been saying, if you want to hit cap on all lines as Kaiser then funding is going to be extremely difficult. If you are looking at a goal of ~ 1m however, then I believe it is easily achievable and a very rewarding range to be in as Kaiser.

Hard to cap =/= hard to fund. Even if you hitting 30m per line you'd be outdmging a lot of other characters who cap, kaisers just that good.

Play what you enjoy. I know the mentality in wanting to invest money and time into a character that can give the most damage output. But if you find a class that you like a lot, it'll make things a lot easier and less stressful for you. What do you like more bigger numbers or speed?

i have 400k and i used alot of mesos T_T.

I have a 121k range buffed w/o hyper or transformation and have used under 1b

I haven't gotten to the point where I'm desperate for funding. I have about 40k range buffed and all my items are drops that I just picked up along the way and spell traced. But most of the items that Kaiser needs are pretty expensive.
