Returning Paladin

So.. I quit like years ago, came back last summer and remade myself, and quit again in August.
Just logged on today:
I'm a pretty decent Paladin with a perfect Fafnir 2H Blunt.
Anyways.... I'm just wondering what's been happening with all the updates and how Paladin's have changed.
There hasn't been a RED guide up on Basil, I think, since the update just happened... but... any ideas on what I should be doing now?

PS: Im lvl 16x.
PPS: I'm in Khaini, anyone wanna be frands?
