Whenever I try to log on to my account, I get the response, "Your account has been blocked. Contact billingpp.nexon.net."
Is anyone else having this problem right now? Or is it just me...
Apparently, this message only comes up if you canceled a NX payment with pay-pal...But the last time I used it was over 4 months ago. I sent an email to the address (Since I can't send a ticket...) I don't expect an actually response for weeks though, since you know...It's Nexon...
If anyone else is having this problem as well, please post your progress!

@Toscox Thanks, I just hope it won't take more than a week for a reply o.o But I understand that they're busy with all the other things they do...
Actually billingpp responds relatively fast if you send them the email at the right time. Weekdays around 2-3 PSt usually worked for me. If they don't respond after a few days, send them another email, because you know how emails are, the newest emails are at the top. Don't forget to include your username in your email or else they won't know who you are.
@CaliTheSweet: Then your best bet is to email billingpp@nexon(.)net they'll update you on what's going on and that way you can fix it.

@Toscox I did check my pay-pal records, and nothing like that has come up D;
Check your paypal records, you most likely got charged back for NX you bought and that's why you got blocked and they told you to contact billingpp.
@ LadyVuitton Did you ever send an email to report the problem? Or did you just stop using that account o.o

@Joho Haha, I looked at the video Does this mean the world is going to end? Because I have this really big Calculus test tomorrow, and if it's going to end, I'm not going to bother studying
