Here is my conversation via email with Nexon's billing department...Hopefully it gives some of you hope Info: Accidental charge back occurred with Pay-pal...Questions included.

Thank you for contacting Nexon America's Billing Department. Our records show that on September 9th, 2011, a Chargeback was filed via Paypal. As a result, we were forced to ban the account until the issue is resolved. You must contact Paypal, drop the Chargeback and have the funds released to us. Once you have done so, reply to this email so that we can verify it and reinstate your account. Below is the Paypal transaction id:

Our records show that the funds are still being disputed with Paypal. You can try asking Paypal to reverse the funds back to you. Once that is done, we can continue with the reinstatement. We cannot have you payback funds that haven't yet been reversed.

Can someone help me with understanding this...? I can't even log on to my Pay-pal account...The only thing I get is email updates from them. Is Nexon wanting me to REVERSE the accidental chargeback? (Even though it's impossible without me accessing my account) Or is the money not back into my bank account? ALL I need to do is charge the $10 NX card I have on my account, but they won't give me limited access like they did with all the other people! Hopefully this isn't too confusing...

I think they're saying that the $10 is stuck between Nexon and Paypal somewhere and that they consider it your responsibility as the payer to clear it up with Paypal before they can close their books on that transaction and allow you to make an alternate payment for the amount.
It most likely hasn't been released back to your bank account yet, and is stuck somewhere in the middle, deep inside Paypal.
If your efforts with Paypal were to result in Paypal releasing the money back to Nexon, then you would have in effect paid them twice for the same thing, and that's about as bad for bookkeeping as no payment at all.
Once you can get Paypal to close the chargeback issue (that is either release the money back to you, or give it back to Nexon), THEN you can arrange to pay them somehow else.
It sounds like you've got other issues with your Paypal account also, so that might be what's messing up this issue too. You need to get in touch with Paypal customer service and straighten out things with them, then they can fix whatever the problem is with Nexon.

The best thing to do would be to be patient...you can try to email them again o: I've heard that some email providers block Nexon so you wouldn't be able to see their responses

If your're talking about Nexon, they don't have a Billing Department phone number Cause they knew a day would come when raged Maplers would threaten their lives and families. If you're refering to Pay-Pay...Then that's a really good idea
