Legendary inner ability;
Work to get:
[*] Boss Damage
[*] Buff Duration
[*] Ignore cooldown chance
[*] Attack Speed +1
[*] Convert Defense into attack

1,900NX per circ, so get 30k NX, you can buy exactly 57 circulators, you're BOUND to get something good.

How did you get to legendary (unless you got it before unleashed)
The normal circulators only go up to unique (unless I'm missing something here due to my inactivity on MS)
