Balanced furries question?
I bought a set of balanced furry's and i cant recharge them? do i have to do a specific quest line or something to access and enable this? thanks for any help offered.

Pretty sure you can only recharge them at NLC.
Is this for eMS? The original place you could recharge it at would be at NLC (in gMS that is) until they made it rechargeable almost everywhere now.
Certain places dont let you recharge, i usually go to root abyss using the side quest thing and recharge there, since you can do it from almost anywhere. Who needs a travelling merchant when you have root abyss available?
P.s: When you go to root abyss from anywhere, you can use a henesy's return scroll and go there. Makes travelling easier.
I'll be honest--I first imagined a pair of dudes yiffing while on a see-saw upon reading this.
I think you have to go to a pot shop to recharge them.
