Advanced charge, blast query?
I have blast at 30 and void elemental at 22 (with combat orders) and lightning strike still heavily out damages blast? I havent used it at all even at max level.
With AC i hit 170k a line and blast 80k
When does it become useful?

Just use Blast for bosses and AC's for mobs, trust me.
Do you have the Blast Hypers yet?
Blast is still stronger than Lightning + Divine Charge (or Blizzard + Lightning Charge) against single targets, but [b]without[/b] the Hypers, the damage difference isn't too obvious. [b]With[/b] Hypers, the damage difference between Blast and charges becomes much more significant.
i use it for 1v1, that crit and lines makes up for that dmg
Blast has twice as many lines as Lightning. Blast also has a higher crit% chance when hypers are maxed.
blast hits 10 times(with hypers)... and its helpful for the 42% total dmg, 42% crit and 31% pdr it gives for 47 secconds(with CO lvl 32 skill) and lightning strike only hits 5 times...
You do know the lines of blast are way better than slight spam on charges? You get 10-11 lines for blast and around 5 lines on lightning charge.
Of course, you ALWAYS will outdamage all of your skills with lightning charge, I am telling from self experience, it's odd though, blast is still much better for bossing.
