Training Tip 100+
So... I have a little tip for those 100+ who train at MP3 and/or Ghost Ship 5. If you do the pre-quests for the old man (y'all know who I'm talking 'bout), you can get a White Essence, used to summon Capt. Latinca (spelling?). You can summon him twice a day. I got 12% from killing him at 103, and an extra 5% from the quest from the old man. After your first kill, you have a choice. You can kill 100 Slimys, 100 blue dudes at mp3, and 100 Mr. Anchors, OR you can kill 300 Mr. Anchors and pick up 300 Red Essences to get ANOTHER White Essence. These quests are repeatable, but you may not have more than one (1) White Essence at a time. It took me less than 2 minutes to solo him, and his highest hit was around 630 on me. Where should I train at 101?
I'm pretty sure almost any class can kill him at 100. He really isn't difficult, and if you can't take a blow from him, you must have been Nexon'd severely, as he hits under 700.
Can an i/l mage kill him at 100?

Alright, go to Ghost Ship Six using the [Exit] door in Ghost Ship 5. Go through the bottom right hand portal (the blue normal glowy one). Drop your pants (or the White Essence) right in front of the middle door and he will appear momentarily.
Guys, just fyi, not flaming or anything, but I was just sharing a tip that I thought could help a few people. I know it isn't the best exp or anything, but for the many that train/will train at MP3, it offers a little break in the grinding and a little life back in your soul.

It the town before the map with the tube dudes on the way to MP3, there's an old man right by the portal, under the FM portal.
this has been out ever since latanica was out, until it got glitched but then it got fixed and you only need to get 300 red anchor's drops the first time to repeat, the next time you want to do it again you only have to kill, 100slimys,100anchors and 100 selkies. You can do it 24hrs after the last time you killed latanica.
i once had 5 of those, so...
so u can start that on lvl100, kill it twice a day and u gotta do the prequests twice too ? O.O
