Why am i having so much trouble leveling with my hero?
So far counting all the classes i played, my hero has been the hardest to level for me. I just started in scania, transferred from bera and the maps are all packed with phantoms and arans. I get ksed and this forces me to cc. And on top of that, fighters 2nd job brandish is so trash. Like the range is so small, and when i monster park extreme solo with my fighter, it take so long. Stuck at level 54, Pls tell me 3rd job skills will be better then this -_-. Im about to give up.

Um you do realise theres the lvl up guide ToT's quest which can help to 70. Back in my day we had animation with final attack and lpq/opq/lmpq was packed to the brim. Some classes have advantages and disadvantages. Not to mention last time we had to use slash blast til we got panic/coma and combo attack in third, in fourth job there was brandish which changed to 3rd job while raging blow is the new skill that replaces it. You do realise back in the olden days you would struggle considering there were even Forest of golems ksing
Try imagining how easy it is for you now since you have a better mobbing skill and slipstream, while we had to move around maps with 100 speed and could only mob with slash blast, since ground smash could not hit as many mobs

I trained at Extreme Monster Park till 100
Back in my day there were only 4 classes and maplestory was hard as sheeeet
I level fine It doesn't get any faster, maybe try building up character cards and getting empress buff and link skills(when the classes are available)
where i trained at your lv was jesters toy room and extreme monster park.. idk how you think it's slow, i leveled like 2+ times every run
or just don't play an explorer and play the newly OP classes.
Suck it up and lvl a couple of times and then Tot's guide to crusader.

Just gotta suck it up. Be grateful you even HAVE Brandish right now. People getting too used to flashy OP classes that fly across the map at 2nd job -.-
It doesn't get easier, just saying I sadly quit it which was a surprise to me
Fighters were the hardest explorer to train for me, you just gotta bear it
lmao, try leveling without brandish if it sucks that much (fighters didn't get this back then, when I made mine I was lucky enough to get brandish at 3rd job). if you're tired of getting ksed, go to less populated maps. toy room, robots in ludi, monsters around your level.. also, why not try to party up with people at monster park extreme? you don't have to solo it.
