P/C on a potential deputy star

I have a deputy star with 2 line potential, with 6% luk and 4% hp. i realize the hp is worth nothing, but i wanted to know how much i could sell with the 6% luk because I'm getting rid of my things on my DB because they will be nerfed after tomorrow
