What do I have to kill to be able to get the letters? I've been killing monsters but havent got a single one. Do they have to be in a certain range regaurding my level?

An alternative spot (if you're above level 50 already) is Bob the Snail at Drake's Meal Table. He's everywhere on the map now.
how often are you guys getting drops? I have killed like 100 and have got 4 letters. Do higher monsters drop more often?
