Delete unused programs, files, music, videos to free up disk space, clean the drive, check for errors and most importantly, defragment the hard drive.
No one ever does these things and most people's hard drives are cluttered with stuff that just slows the computer to a crawl.
are you using like pentum 3 with 256mb of ram?
upgrade your computer or buy a new one
