Where do you get Scarlion Hat Str?
I was wondering where you get the hat that covers your whole head and makes you look like a mouse, I think it's called Scarlion Hat. Specifically the STR or DEX because its for my Cannoneer. Thanks.

@CanonkILL99: It might be, semi difficult just try around the popular times of like 2pm-6pm also it's only in ch10,12 and 13 I beileve.
