6th Job could come out after Gerald Darmoor and Black Mage are defeated.
You have to send nudies of your lil shrimp to Nexon.
To have full access to 6th class, you have to join a faction of Higher Existence.
There are 3 faction in MapleStory.
The Black Mage's Faction (Light/Dark Faction)
- To join the Black Mage's Faction, do everything @blazar said
Alicia's Faction (Life Faction)
- To join Alicia's Faction, you have to finish Root Abyss Quest, kill all four Chaos-type boss at Root Abyss, finish MapleStory blockbuster, finish all the Dark World Tree quests, and kill Damien.
Zero's Faction (Time Faction)
- To join Zero's faction, first, you have to level Zero to 250, then you have to do a lengthy questline to help Zero recover their power as a Transcendent of Time.

First, you gotta collect 139,377 brown rocks. Then, defeat the Badass Cyborg Mushroom Dragon. Then, pilfer the lost staff of El Nath. THEN you shall bring the Black Mage the head of Empress Cygnus, and THEN YOU SHALL MARRY LUCID!
