My alliance isnt very active and i usually just block out alliance anyways but i do go on EXP alot so i need to have that one on.

If it's the first skill on the macro, you can use it alone then move and the rest won't activate.
So you can use it about every 60 seconds, and after around 3 casts, just use the entire macro and complete full buffing.
