Okay, everyone's saying that you can sell this for a lot of people, but it's untradeable so how?

ah ok cool. I thought Ergoth drops them too.
I guess the only way is to be trusted by friends or guildmates, have them give you the item they want enhanced+money, then you enhance the item and give it back.
Treasure monsters 120+ drop them on death randomly.
There are Advanced Equip Enhancement scrolls that don't come from this event. There are ones that drop and are tradeable.
