Character Card Question

I have the S character card for paladin (1.5 att per level or something), but I was wondering if my Paladin actually receives this benefit when the card is in my deck. If so, does it just add up attack for all of the levels that I have achieved, or did it start adding att per level WHEN I actually put the card in the deck?

With my 120 TB It just multiplies however much it is, 3 i believe, to 120. and adds 360 to my range.
I'm pretty sure it's 1.5 att per Card level (So if you're rank S, you get 4.5 wep att bonus)

Either that, or it's 1.5 att x Character level added to RANGE. So even if you're like lvl 200, you'll only get an addition of 300 into your range.

One or the other, character cards are always confusing.
Im pretty sure its the second thing you mentioned. 1 weapon attack would give me a lot more than 200~300 range, which is how much my card gave me. Im sure others can relate. in the end, this makes paladin card utterly useless, as a bunch of card effects are a lot better than that.

Second one I believe, pretty easy to test if you want though. In the end however, the result is the same, the Paladin card is worthless.
