What is wrong with this game
ok this happens with every single equipment I have

... I would have made the same post if my items were doing this all of a sudden. Tbh, it wouldn't be my first instinct to look at my settings because I've been playing this game for a long time, and even I don't know that there was that option.

I never knew this show short tool tip thing. Ya learn something new every day o_o
System > System Options > Uncheck "Show Short Tool Tip"
Go to menu, go to settings (where you can change graphics, volumes, etc) and then find the show short hand tool tip setting. (or w/e it's called) Change it to the opposite of what yours is.
So if your setting is set to "ON". Set to "OFF".
Okay? Good.
go to options and uncheck show short tooltip
