I cannot scroll it, potential it, drop it, trade it, or cash trade it. What do I do? And what is this? LOL

Oh it was like a bug with premium cash boxes, it was in these. It is an NX item
Premium Surprise Style Boxes were giving these out quite a while back...
Seems like Nexon never fixed it.
