Oh well, it'll rise with Union update.
im pretty sure its worth more than 1.4b? i think its like 2b or atleast 1.6? there kinda useless now because PSB's are everywhere and are only 3 less att than a glaive when they are clean. you can also equip a PSB at a lower lvl than glaives. and oh yeah, the attack speed is better than the glaive.
if anything the glaive is still expensive because it is more rare to find and the stats are pretty G
